Walk & Talk therapy

Walk & Talk therapy is just how it sounds! We meet to walk during session in nature. Physical movement can support in processing, and being in nature has benefits for mental health.

Walk & Talk can be for anyone, whether you use a wheelchair, want to bring your pet, or need to bring baby in a stroller. The pace is set by you and is not meant to be a "workout." Your sessions will still be focused on your overall mental wellness.

Our Walk & Talk therapy follows ethics codes. We have specific informed consent for this with confidentiality considerations, and will explicitly discuss your preferences in how to navigate situations!

We always have the option for virtual if safety and/or focus for session could be compromised by weather. With the seasons of Chicago varying, we can discuss what feels like a good plan!
